KidsCampus.lk (“KidsCampus”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides a learning platform for children and teenagers, including a public website, programme enquiry and enrolment forms, and a student learning portal (“LMS”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to parents, guardians, students, teachers and anyone who visits our website or uses our learning portal.

Enquiry and enrolment details: parent/guardian name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, child's name, child's age or grade, programme of interest, and any message submitted through our forms.

Account and learning data: for students, parents and teachers who are given access to the LMS, we collect login credentials, enrolled programmes, homework submissions, and progress or completion status.

Technical data: standard information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically to help us keep the website and learning portal working properly.

Many of our students are children. Enrolment and account creation are carried out by a parent or guardian, who provides the information required to register a child for a programme and to set up learning portal access on the child's behalf.

We only collect the information about a child that is reasonably necessary to deliver the programme they are enrolled in. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review, update or request the removal of their child's information, subject to the section on Your Rights below.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it over time. Enquiry information for programmes you did not proceed with may be retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up, and then removed or anonymised.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Parents and guardians can make these requests on behalf of a child. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.
