Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

This policy explains how KidsCampus collects, uses and protects information submitted through our website, enquiry and enrolment forms, and student learning portal.

1. Introduction

KidsCampus.lk (“KidsCampus”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides a learning platform for children and teenagers, including a public website, programme enquiry and enrolment forms, and a student learning portal (“LMS”).

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to parents, guardians, students, teachers and anyone who visits our website or uses our learning portal.

2. Information We Collect

Enquiry and enrolment details: parent/guardian name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, child's name, child's age or grade, programme of interest, and any message submitted through our forms.

Account and learning data: for students, parents and teachers who are given access to the LMS, we collect login credentials, enrolled programmes, homework submissions, and progress or completion status.

Technical data: standard information such as browser type, device type and pages visited, collected automatically to help us keep the website and learning portal working properly.

3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to enquiries and process enrolments.

To provide access to enrolled programmes, homework, submissions and feedback through the learning portal.

To communicate important updates about a programme, class or account.

To maintain, secure and improve our website and learning portal.

4. Children's Privacy

Many of our students are children. Enrolment and account creation are carried out by a parent or guardian, who provides the information required to register a child for a programme and to set up learning portal access on the child's behalf.

We only collect the information about a child that is reasonably necessary to deliver the programme they are enrolled in. Parents and guardians can contact us at any time to review, update or request the removal of their child's information, subject to the section on Your Rights below.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand how the site is used, so we can improve it over time. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site or learning portal may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the website, forms, communications or learning portal (for example, hosting or email delivery services), and only to the extent needed for them to perform that function.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of KidsCampus, our students or the public.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, communicate with you, and meet any legal or administrative requirements. Enquiry information for programmes you did not proceed with may be retained for a reasonable period so we can follow up, and then removed or anonymised.

9. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you or your child, or to stop using it for a particular purpose. Parents and guardians can make these requests on behalf of a child. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website or communications may link to third-party sites (for example, social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and we encourage you to review their policies separately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date below will indicate when this policy was last revised.

12. Contact Us
