Terms of Use
Last updated: 21 August 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the KidsCampus website, enrolment in our programmes, and access to our student learning portal.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the KidsCampus.lk website, our enquiry and enrolment forms, and our student learning portal (“LMS”), together the “Services”.
By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are enrolling or registering a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and are agreeing to these Terms on their behalf.
2. Eligibility and Parental Consent
KidsCampus programmes are designed for children and teenagers. Enrolment, account creation, and any submission of a child's personal information must be carried out by a parent or legal guardian.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their child's use of the learning portal, including login credentials and any devices used to access it.
3. Description of Services
KidsCampus offers a set of learning pathways, including SchoolTalks, ROBOX, Teen Excellence, KidsCampus English and KidsCampus Math, delivered online and, for some programmes, in person. Once enrolled, students may be given access to a learning portal for lessons, homework and submissions.
We may update, add to, or discontinue features of our Services from time to time, including for maintenance or improvement purposes.
4. Enrolment and Programme Access
Submitting an enquiry or enrolment form does not guarantee a place in a programme. Enrolment is confirmed once KidsCampus has followed up and agreed the details of a student's registration, including delivery mode and, where applicable, physical location.
Programme availability, current intake and any applicable fees are communicated directly during the enquiry and enrolment process rather than published on this website.
5. Accounts and Security
Where a student, parent or teacher is issued login credentials for the learning portal, that person (or their parent/guardian, for a child) is responsible for keeping those credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under that account.
Please contact us immediately if you believe an account has been used without authorisation.
6. Acceptable Use
When using our Services, you agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the website or learning portal; access accounts or content that do not belong to you; upload unlawful, harmful or inappropriate material; or use the Services for any purpose other than participating in KidsCampus programmes.
7. Learning Portal Content and Submissions
Homework, projects and other work submitted by a student through the learning portal remain the student's own work. By submitting work, you allow KidsCampus and its teachers to view, assess and provide feedback on that work as part of the programme.
KidsCampus retains ownership of the programme materials, curriculum, branding and content made available through our website and learning portal.
8. Fees and Payment
Any applicable programme fees, payment terms and refund arrangements will be shared and agreed directly with parents or guardians during enrolment, and are not published on this website as they may vary by programme and intake.
9. Cancellations and Changes
Requests to change a delivery mode, location or level, or to withdraw from a programme, should be directed to KidsCampus through our enquiry or contact channels. Arrangements around cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Live events referenced as part of a programme journey, such as an end-of-programme showcase or performance, are part of the overall programme experience and are subject to the current schedule; they are not guaranteed for a specific date.
10. Disclaimers
We aim to keep our website and learning portal accurate, available and secure, but we do not guarantee that they will be uninterrupted or error-free. Programme outcomes depend on many factors, including a student's participation and engagement, and are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, KidsCampus will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, our Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
12. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the learning portal for a student, parent or teacher account if these Terms are breached, or if we reasonably believe the account is being used inappropriately.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date below shows when these Terms were last revised.
15. Contact Us
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at hello@kidscampus.lk.
